"Tiffiny was amazing to work with. First she helped us in early 2017 to find our house in a tough sellers market. Her knowledge and experience in the Portland Metro area was definitely helpful in getting us the right house at the right price in the right location and for that we were very grateful. Second, about a year and half later when a life change required us to move out of state she came through again with the sale of our house. By the time we were headed out of state, the market had definitely cooled down and things were looking a little concerning in terms of selling a house we recently bought. Tiffiny held Open Houses practically every weekend, followed up on every lead, and even when we were getting offers that were way off base she kept us calm, made suggestion and negotiated a deal for us that exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail with the offers that we had coming in saved us not only a lot of headache but also thousands of dollars. My only regret is that she is not licensed in the state of Idaho so unfortunately I will not be able to have her help us for next house purchase !!!
